Logistics Trader reserves the rights to amend the Privacy Statement and published on the Logistics Trader website, and this will constitute as Announcement to Members for compliance.
Collection of Data
Generally, Logistics Trader collects User Data in order to fulfill the following purposes:

Credit card data will never be stored or handled by us. Instead, all credit card transactions are securely handled by our payment processors. “Data” are personal data that identify the user, as well as information on Logistics Trader services the user utilizes, for example your Logistics Trader user name together with the associated password. Vat is only deductible if all invoice details are mentioned and name, address is important in this case. We need your account data to process payment transactions that you are involved with. We also use your personal data to communicate with you regarding shipments and to process accepted quotes.

You can request the information related to your Logistics Trader profile at any time and update it as necessary using your customer service representative.

Logistics Trader will retain your User Data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by relevant laws.
